What’s the difference between this and a deep clean?
House cleaning keeps a home looking and feeling clean on a regular basis. A deep clean is longer and far more detailed — ideal as a first clean before regular visits start.
Is carpet cleaning included?
Carpets are vacuumed as part of every clean. Professional carpet cleaning — pre-treatment and hot water extraction with our Prochem system — is an optional extra you can add to any visit.
Can I have the same cleaner each time?
Wherever possible, yes. Consistency helps us learn how you like your home cleaned.
