How long will my carpets take to dry?
Usually a few hours, depending on the carpet, ventilation and the weather. We’ll give you advice on the day.
Will every stain come out?
Many stains lift completely, but some — like old dye, bleach or permanent damage — may only improve. We’ll always be honest about what’s realistic before we start.
Is there a minimum charge?
