This policy explains how Dogeanu Celestie LTD, trading as Celestie Cleaning (“we”, “us”), collects and uses your personal information. We are the data controller for information you give us.

What we collect

When you request a price, send a booking request or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, property details, preferred dates and anything you choose to tell us. The instant price tool works in your browser and does not send us your details unless you choose to contact us.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote
• To arrange, carry out and invoice cleaning services
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations

We rely on the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running our business, and our legal obligations.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the business (for example email, messaging, booking and accounting tools), and only as needed.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes.
